    "abstract" : "Der vorliegende Band II des vierteiligen Werkes „Profilbildung und Wertefragen in der Hochschulentwicklung I-IV“ befasst sich mit der Kultur des Ermöglichens: Welche Werte stehen im Vordergrund und welche rücken in den Hintergrund, wenn man versucht, eine Kultur des Ermöglichens an einer Hochschule zu etablieren? Was ist nötig, damit Maßnahmen nicht fremde Schlaglichter in einer schon existierenden Kultur bleiben, sondern (scheinbar) Bekanntes langfristig in einem neuen Licht erscheinen lassen? Wie ermöglichen Maßnahmen, sich anders miteinander zu treffen und sich zu begegnen, um Bildung zu gestalten? Die hier versammelten Beiträge zur Ebene der Lehrveranstaltung, der Fakultäten, der (Fach-) Kollegien sowie der Hochschule als Organisation zeigen, welchen Beitrag die Hochschuldidaktik im Rahmen einer wertebezogenen Profilbildung für eine solche Kultur leisten kann.
