Senat des BSG hat in einem aktuellen Urteil Stellung zu der Frage genommen, wie sich die Wochenfrist für die Meldung einer ärztlich festgestellten Arbeitsunfähigkeit berechnet. / Wer kurz vor Auslaufen eines Beschäftigungsverhältnisses im Rahmen seines Bestimmungsrechts einen späteren Zeitpunkt für das Entstehen des Arbeitslosengeldanspruchs wählt, muss sich nicht innerhalb von drei Monaten vor diesem Zeitpunkt wieder arbeitslos melden. / Eine Arbeitslosmeldung verliert im Fall des Bestimmungsrechts nicht nach drei Monaten ihre Wirkung. Allerdings müssen alle Voraussetzungen des Arbeitslosengeld-Anspruchs vorliegen. / Das Kurzarbeitergeld wird frühestens ab dem Monat gewährt, in dem die entsprechende Arbeitsausfallanzeige bei der Arbeitsagentur rechtzeitig eingeht. Diese Rechtzeitigkeit ist keine gesetzliche Frist, so dass eine Wiedereinsetzung ausscheidet. / Wer die Vorsorgetermine beim Zahnarzt regelmäßig wahrnimmt und einen Termin coronabedingt absagen muss, kann trotzdem einen Anspruch auf einen 75-prozentigen Festzuschuss auf Zahnersatz haben.",
