    "abstract" : "Der Beitrag diskutiert aus medienwissenschaftlicher Sicht den Umgang mit prekären und asymmetrischen Datenlagen in geschichtsbezogenen Extended Reality (XR) Anwendungen (Virtual Reality, 360°-Videos und Augmented Reality). Anknüpfend an Positionen der Critical Data Studies, Critical Heritage Studies und Postkolonialer Theorie wird das Paradigma scheinbar originalgetreuer Rekonstruktion und eine dadurch suggerierte Faktizität und Eindeutigkeit der thematisierten historischen Sachverhalte kritisch in den Blick genommen. Anhand geschichtsdidaktisch selten diskutierten, künstlerisch orientierten XR-Anwendungen wird veranschaulicht, wie ein produktiver, erfahrungsorientierter Umgang mit unklaren Quellenlagen sowie mit der Selektion und Perspektivgebundenheit ihrer zugrunde liegenden Archive erfolgen kann. Der Beitrag endet mit Unterrichtsanregungen für einen medienkritischen Umgang mit fragmentarischen und unzuverlässigen Datenlagen in geschichtsbezogenen XR-Anwendungen.",
