    "abstract" : "Der demografisch bedingte Fachkräftemangel stellt Finanzinstitute vor die Herausforderung, ihre Prozesse zu optimieren, um wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben. Steigende Kosten und die Erwartungen der Kunden an schnelle, fehlerfreie Dienstleistungen erhöhen diesen Druck zusätzlich. In diesem Umfeld stoßen regelbasierte Ansätze wie RPA zunehmend an ihre Grenzen, insbesondere bei komplexen, datenintensiven Aufgaben. Genau hier entfaltet Generative Künstliche Intelligenz (GenKI) ihr Potenzial: Richtig eingesetzt können nicht nur Routinetätigkeiten automatisiert, sondern auch anspruchsvollere Aufgaben bewältigt werden.    In diesem Beitrag betrachten wir GenKI-Agenten, die KI mit unternehmensspezifischem Wissen verknüpfen. Sie lernen aus großen Datenmengen und passen sich flexibel an, um anspruchsvolle Prozesse zu optimieren. Statt deterministischer Abläufe nutzen sie Large Language Models (LLMs), die aus Fachanweisungen, Handbüchern und Prozessdokumentationen trainiert werden. Diese Modelle verarbeiten tausende Seiten in Sekunden, um komplexe Arbeitsprozesse zu verstehen und flexibel zu automatisieren – ein Paradigmenwechsel in der Prozessautomatisierung.",
