    "abstract" : "Diversität hat sich als Begriff für die theoretische wie praktische Verortung und Skizzierung von Gesellschaftsfigurationen, die sich durch vielfältige Bezugnahmen, Positionierungen und Kategorisierungen auszeichnen, etabliert. Darunter können Phänomene der Selbst- wie der Fremdzuordnung und Praxen der In- und Exklusion beleuchtet als auch Macht- und Herrschaftsregime kritisch in den Blick genommen werden. In Anlehnung an intersektionale Perspektiven soll es in den einzelnen Bänden dieser Reihe »Diversität in der Sozialen Arbeit« darum gehen, die Interdependenten wie gleichzeitigen Besonderheiten der einzelnen Facetten von Diversität und Positionierungen sowie Handlungs(un)möglichkeiten nachzuzeichnen und Perspektiven für die Soziale Arbeit zu entwickeln. Die einzelnen Bände berücksichtigen die Ebenen Theorie – Konzeption – Anwendungsbezug und skizzieren für je einen thematischen Fokus unterschiedliche theoretische wie handlungspraktische Ausgangsbedingungen.",
