        bibo:abstract             "O Relato apresenta a experiência e investimento na qualidade das creches no contexto alemão a partir da Lei da Boa Creche e de legislações federais seguintes que alteram e atualizam a referida Lei duas vezes. A Lei visa desenvolver ainda mais a qualidade da educação formal, do ensino e dos cuidados na pequena infância e efetivar medidas para reduzir as mensalidades das famílias em creches em todo o país. O texto, inicialmente, descreve o que é a Lei da Boa Creche, na continuidade detalha seus objetivos. Para sua implementação a Lei projeta um “conjunto de ferramentas” constituído de dez Áreas de Ação e medidas para o desenvolvimento da qualidade e redução das mensalidades para as famílias. Desde sua implementação em 2019, cada Estado, elege suas prioridades entre as dez Áreas de Ação, levando em consideração suas necessidades regionais de desenvolvimento da qualidade da educação, cuidado e acolhimento em creches e redução da participação das famílias nas mensalidades. A Lei prevê também publicização de relatórios anuais pelo governo federal, para monitoramento e avaliação da implementação da Lei nos Estados." ;
