    "abstract" : "Wirtschaftspolitische Entscheidungen stehen oft in einem Spannungsfeld zwischen ökonomischer Rationalität und gesellschaftlicher Akzeptanz. Während ökonomische Experten wirtschaftspolitische Maßnahmen vor allem auf Basis von theoretischen Modellen und Effizienzkriterien bewerten, prägen intuitive Fairnesswahrnehmungen und kognitive Verzerrungen zumeist die Sichtweise der Bevölkerung. Auf Basis einer quotenrepräsentativen Bevölkerungsumfrage in Deutschland analysieren Dominik Enste, Rebecca Gabel, Benedict Lorbacher, Johannes Müller, Jennifer Potthoff und Barbara Natalie Unger die Ursachen und Auswirkungen dieser Divergenz im Hinblick auf zentrale Politikfelder. Wie die Umfrage zeigt, stößt in der Klimapolitik ein CO2-Preis selbst in Verbindung mit sozialen Ausgleichsmechanismen bei der Bevölkerung auf Widerstand. Ähnliches gilt für Reformen des Rentensystems oder für den Umgang mit Strukturwandel und Subventionen. Um die Akzeptanz wirtschaftspolitischer Maßnahmen zu erhöhen, sollte die Politikberatung daher verhaltens- und laienökonomische Erkenntnisse stärker berücksichtigen als bisher.",
