    "abstract" : "Die Queerbrarians sind ein Netzwerk deutschsprachiger queerer Bibliotheksmenschen. Den Bil dungsauftrag von Bibliotheken sehen die Queerbrarians auch in der Schaffung eines möglichst dis kriminierungsfreien Zugangs zu Bibliotheksangeboten. Sie haben es sich daher zur Aufgabe ge macht, Angebote, Räume, Bibliotheksbestände und Systematiken stärker entlang der Bedürfnisse und Perspektiven der LGBTQIA+ Community zu gestalten. Durch das Einbringen ihrer queeren Per spektive tragen die Queerbrarians zu mehr Sichtbarkeit und Wissen über Queerness bei und stärken damit die Teilhabe aller Menschen in der Erwachsenenbildung. Das Netzwerk bietet zudem Veran staltungen und Fortbildungen zu Queerness in Bibliotheken an. Es bietet queeren Mitarbeitenden die Möglichkeit, über persönliche Erfahrungen zu sprechen, sich auszutauschen und zu stärken.
