    "abstract" : "Dieses äußerst kompakte Lehrbuch vermittelt ein vertieftes Verständnis der komplexen mechanischen Zusammenhänge räumlich gekrümmter Balkentragwerke, die über die elementaren Modelle des geraden Balkens hinausgehen. Marcel Walkowiak studierte Bauingenieurwesen (konstruktiver Hochbau) an der TU Dortmund. Er ist seit 2018 Professor für Technische Mechanik am Institut für Allgemeinen Maschinenbau der TH Köln und dort Leiter des Labors für Numerische Simulation und Systemtechnik. Dipl.-Ing. Ulf Reinicke studierte Bauingenieurwesen (konstruktiver Hochbau) an der TU Dortmund und ist seit 2011 geschäftsführender Gesellschafter eines Ingenieurbüros mit dem Schwerpunkt der FE-Simulation. Seit 2016 ist er als Dozent für Technische Mechanik an der FOM Hochschule tätig.",
