    "abstract" : "Neue Zielgruppen stellen das Schulungsangebot einer wissenschaftlichen Bibliothek sowie deren digitale Lernangebote auf die Probe und fordern neue oder überarbeitete Konzepte. Am Beispiel wachsender Zielgruppen der Zentralbibliothek des Forschungszentrums Jülich, welche räumlich nicht mehr auf dem Campus Jülich angesiedelt sind, wird die Konzeption neuer digitaler Lernangebote Schritt für Schritt durchgeführt und eine Basis für deren Umsetzung geschaffen. Aufbauend auf einer detaillierten Zielgruppenanalyse, dem bisherigen Schulungsangebot und einer Zusammenstellung der Komponenten digitalen Lernens, entsteht ein Konzept, das es den Lehrenden erlaubt, digitale Lernangebote gezielt zu planen und strukturiert umzusetzen. Dieser Prozess wird nicht nur durch die dargelegten Informationen unterstützt, sondern auch durch ein Ablaufdiagramm in eine einfache und nachnutzbare Form gebracht. Das Konzept erlaubt es sowohl, bereits bekannte Informationsbedarfe nach und nach in digitale Lernangebote umzusetzen, als auch, digitale Lernangebote für neue Informationsbedarfe zu entwickeln und reibungslos zu integrieren. Abgerundet wird die Präsentation des Konzepts durch zwei Beispiele und einen Ausblick auf die Umsetzung.",
