        bibo:abstract             "Welche Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten sollen Hochschulen und Ausbildungseinrichtungen zukünftigen Bibliothekarinnen und Bibliothekaren im Aufgabenfeld der Förderung von Informationskompetenz vermitteln? Diese Frage beschäftigt die Lehrenden der verschiedenen Einrichtungen, die ihre Absolventinnen und Absolventen möglichst optimal auf die aktuellen und zukünftigen Anforderungen der Praxis vorbereiten wollen. Vor diesem Hintergrund stellt der Beitrag ein Konzept für ein „Framework“ vor, das es zum einen leisten soll, die grundlegenden Gemeinsamkeiten in den Anforderungen an die Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten von Bibliothekarinnen und Bibliothekaren aller Qualifikationsstufen im Aufgabenbereich „Förderung von Informationskompetenz“ abzubilden und das zum anderen eine bedarfsbezogene Ausprägung und Gewichtung von Qualifikationszielen in den verschiedenen Studiengängen und Ausbildungseinrichtungen ermöglicht. Die diskursive Weiterentwicklung des Frameworks „Informationskompetenz“ im Rahmen verschiedener Veranstaltungen auf dem Bibliothekartag 2018 führt weiter zu der Überlegung, auch für andere bibliothekarische Aufgabenbereiche entsprechende Frameworks zu entwickeln und damit eine flexible und zukunftsfähige Gestaltung bibliotheks- und informationswissenschaftlicher Curricula zu unterstützen." ;
