    "abstract" : "Der virtuelle Wasserverbrauch ist ein weltweit relevantes Problem, das alle Menschen betrifft. Um eine Änderung des eigenen Konsumverhaltens herbeizuführen und Menschen bei der Einsparung von Wasser zu motivieren, wurde eine mobile App zur gamifizierten Wissensvermittlung des virtuellen Wasserver- brauchs von Konsumprodukten entwickelt. In einer Studie mit drei verschiedenen UX-Designs der App konnte das Quiz, welches Fakten mithilfe eines optionalen Jokers präsentiert, als optimale Variante er- mittelt werden. Das Joker-Quiz hatte im Vergleich zu einem alternativen Quiz mit Vorab-Information und einer listenbasierten Darbietung von Fakten einen signifikanten Einfluss auf das Antwortverhalten der Probanden. Zudem ließ sich beim Joker-Quiz ein positiver Lerneffekt erkennen.",
