    "abstract" : "Der Beitrag zeigt wesentliche Unterschiede in den Qualifikationsprofilen durch die gängigen Qualifizierungswege wissenschaftlicher Bibliothekarinnen und Bibliothekare auf. Dabei werden die  spezifischen Vorteile eines berufsbegleitenden Weiterbildungsstudiums sowohl für Arbeitgeber als auch für Absolventinnen und Absolventen erläutert. Die damit verbundenen Chancen für die Personalentwicklung sowie die Besetzung von Positionen in Bibliotheken werden angesprochen.  The paper describes major differences in the qualification profiles resulting from different qualification tracks of academic librarians. It explains the advantages of part-time programmes, which run parallel to professional employment, for both employers and employees. Opportunities for human  resources development and the filling of positions in libraries are illustrated.",
