    "abstract" : "Mit den Bildungsreformen Ende der 1960er Jahre und nochmals verstärkt durch den Bologna-Prozess Ende der 1990er Jahre ist eine wachsende Diversität der Studierenden zu verzeichnen, die gekennzeichnet ist von einem Breitenwachstum akademischer Bildung (Bargel 2014). Auf diese Anforderungen der Politik und der Gesellschaft haben Hochschulen reagiert, in dem sie Projekte initiiert haben, sich haben auditieren lassen und Strukturen für Diversity bis hoch auf die Leitungsebene geschaffen haben. Diversity oder Diversity Management (DiM) scheint in deutschen Hochschulen insofern angekommen zu sein. Schon vor einigen Jahren (KomDiM 2016) ließ sich am Beispiel von Nordrhein-Westfalen feststellen, dass Hochschulen sich – zwar sehr unterschiedlich – aber dennoch in der Breite mit Diversity Management befassen. Bei nur 6% der Hochschulen (3 von 49) lagen damals allerdings DiM-  Strategien oder -Konzepte vor. Bei rund einem Drittel der NRW-Hochschulen (37% bzw. 18 von 49) fand sich ein Bezug zu Diversity im Hochschulprofil. Diese rein quantitativen Aussagen bilden den Ausgangspunkt für die folgende Untersuchung.",
