Nach einer Einführung in die Problemstellung und den Forschungsstand, wenden wir uns einzelnen Aspekten von Opportunismus zu. Im Kontext von Nachhaltigkeit werden Gütesiegel und Audits von Lieferanten oft als Ansätze zur Begrenzung von Opportunismus diskutiert. Beide Maßnahmen bieten Möglichkeiten, aber auch Gefahren bei falscher Anwendung, was in jeweils einzelnen Beiträgen analysiert wird.
