Der Beitrag befasst sich erstens mit der Frage, welche Rollenkonfigurationen in der Doktorandenbetreuung vorzufinden sind und aus welchen Überzeugungen und Zielen sich diese speisen. Er zeigt zweitens, welche Bedeutung dieses Wissen für ein professionelles Promotionscoaching gewinnt.",
