    "abstract" : "Menschen mit Behinderungen sind einem besonders hohen Risiko ausgesetzt, Gewalt in verschiedenen Lebensbereichen zu erfahren. Gleichzeitig sind sie im Hinblick auf den Schutz vor Gewalt, vor allem, wenn sie in Einrichtungen leben und arbeiten, strukturell und rechtlich in einer besonders schwierigen Lage. Aus diesem Grund hat das Institut für empirische Soziologie im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und Soziales eine Studie zu Gewaltschutzstrukturen für Menschen mit Behinderungen in Deutschland durchgeführt.    Der Abschlussbericht enthält eine Bestandsaufnahme der aktuellen Gewaltschutzsituation in Wohnrichtungen und Einrichtungen der beruflichen Rehabilitation, identifiziert Handlungsfelder sowie Lücken im Gewaltschutz und gibt zwölf Handlungsempfehlungen für eine wirksame und Ebenen übergreifende Gewaltschutzstrategie für Menschen mit Behinderungen.",
