    "abstract" : "Bisherige Studien zu den Determinanten des Studienerfolgs zeigen, dass motivationale Merkmale der Studierenden erhebliche Erklärungskraft besitzen. Innovative Formen des Lehrens und Lernens, wie z.B. Projektlernen, stellen spezifische Anforderungen an die Motivation der Studierenden. In dieser Studie wird untersucht, wie die Leistungsmotivation bei Studierenden der Ingenieurwissenschaften mit Studienleistung und Studienzufriedenheit zusammenhängt. Stichprobe sind 130 Studierende der Ingenieurwissenschaften. Die Leistungsmotivation wird über ein Leistungsmotivationsinventar erfasst, als Indikator für Studienleistung wird eine Klausurnote, ergänzt um eine Projektnote, herangezogen und die Studienzufriedenheit wird über einen Fragebogen gemessen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Leistungsmotivation mit Studienleistung und Studienzufriedenheit positiv zusammenhängt. Es gibt beträchtliche Unterschiede bei den Studierenden in der Höhe der Leistungsmotivation. Hochschuldidaktische Schlussfolgerungen aus der Studie werden vorgestellt.",
