    "abstract" : "In der heutigen Wissens- und Informationsgesellschaft wird das Management von Wissen für Unternehmen immer wichtiger. Was aber ist Wissen und wie lässt es sich managen? Der nachfolgende Artikel gibt ein anschauliches Verständnis von Wissen und gewährt einen umfassenden Überblick über Aktivitäten des Wissensmanagements in Unternehmen. Allem voran müssen Unternehmen, die Wissensmanagement erfolgreich betreiben wollen, eine passende Unternehmenskultur entwickeln. Dann spielen Ziele für das Wissensmanagement eine große Rolle. Präzise zu formulieren, welche Art von Wissen man im Unternehmen braucht, ist die zentrale Voraussetzung für die weiteren Maßnahmen. Die Strategiewahl ist der nächste Schritt: Setzt man hier eher auf den kommunikativen Austausch von Personen oder auf Informationssysteme zur Durchführung des Wissensmanagements. Die wichtige Verbindung zwischen Wissen und Geschäftsprozessen muss anschließend organisatorisch geregelt werden. Genau so wie die organisatorisch zu lösende Frage, ob man einen Wissensmanager braucht oder neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit, wie zum Beispiel ‚communities‘, erforderlich sind. Bestandteil eines ganzheitlichen Wissensmanagements sind außerdem die Beiträge des Personalwesens und der Informationstechnologie sowie die Frage, wie man Wissensmanagement im Unternehmen konkret einführen kann. Ergänzend werden einige interessante Tools des Wissensmanagements, wie zum Beispiel ‚Gelbe Seiten‘ und ‚Wissenslandkarten‘, vorgestellt.",
