    "abstract" : "Diversität spielt in Hochschulen eine immer wichtigere Rolle. Man muss sie aber auch sehen  lernen.  Der  übliche  Blick  richtet  sich  auf  die  zunehmende  Vielfalt  der  Studierenden,  ihre Bildungshintergründe, ihre familiären Umstände oder auch ihre ethnische Zugehörigkeit. Ebenso sind aber auch Hochschullehrende divers. Ein weiterer Aspekt der Diversität ergibt sich – und das ist konstitutiv für Hochschulen – aufgrund der fachlichen Zuordnungen  aller  Akademiker:innen  zu  bestimmten  Fachwissenschaften.  Neben  der  Frage  nach  den  verschiedenen  Formen  von  Diversität  an  Hochschulen  ist  es  für  einen  analytischen  Blick  hilfreich,  verschiedene  Handlungsfelder  zu  identifizieren,  in  denen  zentrale  Diversity-Aktivitäten  stattfinden:  Lehre,  Forschung,  Strukturen  sowie  Kompetenzen  der  handelnden  Akteur:innen.  Auf  dieser  Grundlage  geben  wir  einen  Einblick  in  die  strukturelle  Verschiedenheit  von  Hochschulen  am  Beispiel  von  NRW.  Anschliessend  zeigen  wir  zwei  Modelle, die dabei helfen können, sich in jedem der vier Handlungsfelder «umsichtig» zu bewegen und der Diversität von Menschen in Institutionen angemessen zu begegnen. Abschliessend geben wir einen Ausblick auf das Zusammenspiel von Diversität und Digitalisierung im Lehr-Lern-Kontext: Digitalisierung kann zwar diversitätsgerechtes Lehren und Lernen unterstützen; dies aber im Lehralltag produktiv zu nutzen, ist in vielerlei Hinsicht voraussetzungsvoll.",
