Ausgangspunkt ist das „Framework Informationskompetenz“, ein Anforderungsrahmen, der gemeinsame Standards in der Qualifikation von Studierenden der Bibliotheks- und Informationswissenschaft für das Aufgabenfeld der Förderung von Informationskompetenz sichern soll.
