    "abstract" : "Im Mittelpunkt des Beitrags steht die Bedeutung von Kooperation und Unterstützung im Schulkollegium für die erfolgreiche und nachhaltige Implementation von digitalen Medien und Medienbildung in der Schule. Ergänzend zu der bisher in der Forschung dominierenden Perspektive auf Lehrpersonen wird auf der Basis einer rekonstruktiven Analyse von 21 Interviews mit verschiedenen schulischen Akteur:innen herausgearbeitet, dass und in welchen Formen die Lehrpersonenkooperation darüber hinaus eine wichtige Rolle spielt. In der Analyse wird deutlich, dass den Medienbeauftragten und Schulleitungen bei der Unterstützung der digitalisierungsbezogenen Lehrpersonenkooperation eine besondere Bedeutung zukommt. Medienbeauftragte sind demnach nicht nur häufig Teil der digitalisierungsbezogenen Lehrpersonenkooperation, sondern initiieren die Kooperation mit und prägen diese massgeblich. Zudem kann die Rolle der Schulleitung bei der Unterstützung schulischer Kooperationsformen sowohl bekräftigt als auch genauer beleuchtet werden. Der Beitrag liefert damit insgesamt ergänzende und aufschlussreiche Perspektiven auf das komplexe Zusammenspiel schulischer Akteur:innen bei der digitalisierungsbezogenen Lehrpersonenkooperation.",
