    "abstract" : "Diversität und Partizipation werden im Kontext inklusiver Bildung bislang primär auf der Ebene von Lernenden (Heterogenität der Schüler:innenschaft, der Studierenden) betrachtet, weniger auf der Ebene der Lehrenden. Das Forschungsprojekt ParLink widmet sich diesem Desiderat und beforscht ein sich aktuell (international) entwickelndes Praxisfeld: den Einsatz von Menschen mit Behinderungs- und Sonderinstitutionserfahrungen als Dozierende (Bil- dungsfachkräfte/Bildungs- und Inklusionsreferent:innen) in sozial- und erziehungswissenschaftlichen Studiengängen. Durch Aufnahme des Selbstvertretungsanspruches „Nicht über uns ohne uns“ kann eine Perspektive in die Hochschuldidaktik eingebracht werden, die bisher keine Berücksichtigung fand.  Das Projekt analysiert die Relevanz sogenannter partizipativer Lehre als Teil einer inklusiven Hochschuldidaktik im Hinblick auf die inklusive Qualität der Hochschulbildung. Hierzu wird der Blick auf die strukturelle Einbettung partizipativer Lehre in sozial- und erziehungswissenschaftlichen Studiengängen (Kindheitspädagogik/Pädagogik der frühen Kindheit, Schulpädagogik und Soziale Arbeit/Sozialpädagogik) gerichtet, wozu auch das Verhältnis von Exklusivität von tertiärer Bildung und sozialer Chancengerechtigkeit gehört. Dabei wird zum einen untersucht, an welchen Stellen in den Curricula ausgewählter Hochschulbildungsbereiche ein Einsatz von Bildungsfachkräften/Bildungs- und Inklusionsreferent:innen bedeutsam wäre (Dokumentenanalyse von Studienordnungen, thematische Gruppendiskussionen). Zum anderen geht es um die rekonstruktive Analyse des Bildungsarrangements aus der Perspektive einer praxeologischen Wissenssoziologie. Dazu werden die pädagogischen Ordnungen und Handlungsorientierungen in Lehrveranstaltungen untersucht (Videographie und interpretative Analyse von Videosequenzen mit der dokumentarischen Methode) sowie das didaktische Erleben der Lehr- und Lerninhalte seitens der Studierenden und der Bildungsfachkräfte/Bildungs- und Inklusionsreferent:innen rekonstruiert (partizipative Analyse in Form von Gruppendiskussionen). Das gesamte Projekt ist auf einen partizipativen Forschungsstil hin angelegt und wurde von einer partizipativen Forschungsgruppe begleitet und mitgestaltet. Als Praxistransfer wurde eine Homepage als Informations- und Austausch-Pool1 zu inklusiver Hochschulentwicklung sowie partizipativer Lehre und Forschung gestaltet.",
