        bibo:abstract             "Co-Creation in der Entwicklung von Weiterbildungen ist kein wissenschaftlicher, sondern ein kreativer Prozess. Dieser kreative Prozess ist, wie diese Studie zeigt, geprägt von Ergebnisoffenheit, gemeinsamen Suchbewegungen, Scheitern, Fehlern und dem Lernen entlang des Prozesses. Hinzu kommt eine für Forschende neue Haltung, bei der bisherige Kundinnen und Kunden aktiv in die Entwicklung neuer Weiterbildungen einbezogen werden. Die vorliegende Studie dokumentiert den Prozess der Co-Creation in der Entwicklung offener Weiterbildungsangebote in Form von zwei Fallstudien mit elf Partnerorganisationen unterschiedlicher Größe und aus verschiedenen Branchen. Das Vorgehen orientiert sich am Design Thinking Prozess mit dem Ziel, innovative Weiterbildungen mittels Abduktion zu entwickeln. Als Ergebnis wurden kritische Erfolgsfaktoren in Form von fünf Hypothesen abgeleitet, welche die weitere Forschung zur Co-Creation in der wissenschaftlichen Weiterbildung bereichern sollen. Als kritischer Erfolgsfaktoren haben sich (1) inhaltliche Impulse, (2) die Unterscheidung zwischen Fach- und Führungskräften, (3) das gemeinsame Üben von Perspektiv- und Rollenwechseln, (4) eine hohe Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung sowie (5) ausreichend Frustrationstoleranz und Ressourcen aller Teilnehmenden herauskristallisiert." ;
