    "abstract" : "Da Methoden der Datenanalyse und des Maschinellen Lernens (ML) im Kontext Industrie 4.0 zunehmend Anwendung finden, ist Data Science (DS) zu einem obligatorischen Bestandteil ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Curricula geworden (Heidling & Neumer, 2021). Das Lehren und Lernen von ML ist ein noch wenig erforschtes Thema, und es gibt viele offene Fragen bezüglich der Lernziele, Lehrmethoden und Lernprozesse (Steinbach et al., 2020). Ein dennoch allgemein anerkanntes Lernziel ist die Modellerstellung und -validierung (z.B. Lavesson, 2010; Steinbach et al., 2020). Modellerstellung meint dabei die Anwendung eines ML-Verfahrens auf einen Datensatz mit dem Ziel einer systematischen Abbildung und Nutzung der in den Daten vorliegenden Information. Modellvalidierung ist die anschließende Überprüfung des Modells auf seine Qualität hin. Dabei scheint insbesondere die Validierung mit den hierfür notwendigen mathematischen Gütemaßen eine Schwierigkeit für Studierende darzustellen (Lavesson, 2010).",
