        bibo:abstract             "Methodengestützt hat sich die Stadtbibliothek Hannover 2022 in einen partizipativen Prozess in mehreren Schritten begeben, der perspektivisch zu einem neuen Raumkonzept der Zentralbibliothek führen wird. Intern wurden mit einer Zukunftswerkstatt das Know-how und die Wünsche des Bibliotheksteams zusammengeführt. Kund*innenwünsche wurden in moderierten Fokusgruppen mit LegoSeriousPlay und Moodboards eruiert. Um beide Perspektiven zusammenzubringen und Vorschläge zu priorisieren, wurden aus der Ideenvielfalt die realisierbaren Optionen nach dem How-Now-Wow-Ciao-Verfahren ausgewählt. Auf diese Weise entstanden als erste Ergebnisse „12 Aktionen für 12 Monate“, die sich bereits seit Januar 2023 in der Umsetzung befinden." ;
