    "abstract" : "Bauteile mit geometrisch abhängigen Funktionen setzen klassisch einen Justageprozess voraus, da nur eine im Toleranzfeld befindliche Ausrichtung die Funktionserfüllung sicherstellt. Dieser iterative Prozess aus Einstellen und Messen bedarf besonders in der variantenreichen Kleinserie von Fahrzeugen eines enorm hohen manuellen Zeitaufwands, da investitionsintensive und hochpräzise Fertigungsmittel zur Vermeidung großer Toleranzen aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht angeschafft werden können. Ein innovativer Ansatz zur Substitution des Justageprozesses liegt in der Anwendung von Toleranzausgleichselementen, welche bauteilindividuell auf Basis von optischen Toleranzvermessungen hergestellt werden. Eingesetzt in einen speziell dafür entwickelten Anbindungsmechanismus können die Bauteile mithilfe dieser Ausgleichselemente in nur einem Schritt in die gewünschte Ausrichtung gebracht werden.",
