Die Autoren: Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ekkehard Heinemann vertrat an der Technischen Hochschule Köln (ehem. Fachhochschule Köln) die Lehrgebiete Wasserbau und Wasserwirtschaft. Als Autor beteiligte er sich an vielen Fachbeiträgen und Büchern. Bauass. Prof. Dr.-Ing.
