Mit grundlagentheoretischen und empirischen Beiträgen erweitert der Band die erziehungswissenschaftliche Debatte zur pädagogischen Praxis des Sehens und Wahrnehmens. Der Blick von pädagogischen Fach- und Lehrkräften rückt vermehrt ins Zentrum erziehungswissenschaftlicher Debatten. Geprägt von professionalisierungstheoretischen Perspektiven wird die Wahrnehmungsfähigkeit dabei als ein zentrales Moment pädagogischer Professionalität diskutiert und deren Optimierung angestrebt. Mit grundlagentheoretischen und empirischen Beiträgen zur pädagogischen Praxis des Sehens und Wahrnehmens erweitert der Band diese Debatte, indem er u.a. die Konstituierung pädagogischer Perzeption thematisiert.
