    "description" : "Im Forschungsprojekt VERBIND soll eine neue Fertigungstechnologie entwickelt werden, die es ermöglicht, elektrische Leitstrukturen und Bauteilplatinen in Spritzgussbauteilen bei voller Design- und Produktionsfreiheit zu integrieren. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Schaffung dreidimensionaler interner Leitstrukturen durch die Befüllung vorab hergestellter Kanäle mit einem leitfähigen Medium. Diese Strukturen sollen zu integrierten Bauteilplatinen oder externen Bauteilen wie z.B. Mikroschaltern geführt werden. Nach der grundlegenden Erforschung der Kanalstruktur mittels additiver Fertigung erfolgt die weiterführende Technologieanwendung im Spritzgussverfahren. Durch den Einsatz dieses etablierten Fertigungsverfahrens entstehen Prototypen, die den Entwicklungsprozess vorantreiben. Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Prozess so zu optimieren, dass eine effiziente und nachhaltige Lösung entsteht, die den Anforderungen moderner Anwendungen entspricht und einen signifikanten Technologiesprung in der integrierten Schaltungstechnik darstellt. Die Technische Hochschule Köln beschäftigt sich im Projekt mit der Entwicklung einer Technologie zur Integration von Kanälen und Kavitäten in mittels Materialextrusion hergestellten Bauteilen. Im Weiteren wird die Befüllung dieser Kanäle mit einem leitfähigen Medium und die Kontaktierung von Bauteilplatinen in den Kavitäten im Labor für Konstruktionstechnik entwickelt.",
