    "description" : "In diesem Projekt wird ein völlig neues und innovatives Inspektionssystem, welches auf ausgewählten Methoden der Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) basiert, für die Inspektion von Stahlrohren entwickelt. Mehrere 3D-Laserprofiler werden eingesetzt, um die Oberfläche der Zielobjekte (Stahlrohre) zu vermessen. Anschließend wird ein spezieller Algorithmus verwendet, um die 3D-Punktwolke der Rohroberfläche zu erzeugen. Die erzeugte 3D-Punktwolke wird mit fortschrittlichen Techniken der KI, einschließlich Machine Learning (ML) und Deep Learning (DL), analysiert zur Erkennung von Oberflächenfehlern (Löcher, Lunker, Risse etc.), zur ursachenspezifischen Klassifikation von Fehlern, zur Bewertung der Qualität des Zielprodukts hinsichtlich des Ausmaßes der Beeinträchtigung, zur Klassifikation der Fehler gemäß ihrer geometrischen Form und zur Messung der geometrischen Merkmale der Rohre (Durchmesser, Ovalität, Geradheit und Kontur).",
