    "description" : "Rückstände aus der Müllverbrennung werden bislang nicht hochwertig weiterverarbeitet und verbleiben größtenteils ungenutzt auf Deponien. Bestimmte Anteile des Stoffgemischs haben allerdings ähnliche Eigenschaften wie Bestandteile von Beton. Die TH Köln entwickelt im Forschungsprojekt ASHCON ein Verfahren für den Einsatz von aufbereiteten Müllverbrennungsaschen (MV-Aschen) für die Betonherstellung. Im Sinne der Kreislaufwirtschaft sollen Verwertungswege für aufbereitete Müllverbrennungsaschen als Ausgangsstoff für Beton eröffnet werden. Ziel ist die erweiterte Nutzung von Müllverbrennungsrückständen, wodurch ein erheblicher Beitrag zur Schonung natürlicher Ressourcen, wie z.B. Sand oder Kies, erreicht werden soll.  Innerhalb des Forschungsvorhabens sollen wissenschaftlich fundierte und praktisch abgesicherte Handlungsempfehlungen erstellt werden, mit denen Betone mit MV-Reststoffen hergestellt und in Bezug auf Verarbeitbarkeit, Festigkeit, Umweltverträglichkeit und Dauerhaftigkeit zielsicher eingestellt werden können. Die Entwicklung der Lösungsansätze (technisch, ökonomisch) erfolgt exemplarisch und methodisch rekursiv auf Basis mehrerer Versuchsreihen im labor- und großtechnischen Maßstab. Nach erfolgreicher Validierung der entwickelten Ansätze wird dem Transfer in die Praxis eine besondere Bedeutung beigemessen.",
