    "description" : "Trotz bemerkenswerter Erfolge, die mit Reinforcement Learning in den letzten Jahren erzielt wurden, zeigen bestehende hochperformante Lösungen oft Probleme hinsichtlich ihrer Transparenz und ihrer Transferierbarkeit. Im geplanten Vorhaben möchten wir zu beiden Aspekten neue Lösungen entwickeln. Kernelemente unserer Architektur sind: Repräsentationen, die unüberwacht aus Daten erlernt werden; Reinforcement Learning, das darauf aufbauend performante Modelle erzeugt; und Regel-Lernen, das unter Kenntnis einer performanten Lösung ein leichter erklärbares, ähnlich performantes KI-Modell entwickelt. <br>Die von uns entwickelten Methoden und Lösungen wollen wir in verschiedenen Anwendungsdomänen testen: Strategische Spiele als (skalierbare) Umgebungen, die systematische Untersuchungen zur Transferierbarkeit erlauben; operative Entscheidungsfindung für Leitstände sowohl in Kraftwerksanlagen als auch in der Intralogistik; sowie KI-Modelle zur Kontrolle und nachvollziehbaren Entscheidungsfindung bei Stahlwalzprozessen.",
