    "description" : "Die schon bestehenden deutschen Partnerschaften zwischen der TH Köln und dem Centre of the Study of Manuscript Cultures (CSMC) und den georgischen Hochschulen Tbilisi State University (TSU) und Tbilisi State Academy of Art (TSAA) sind initiiert, gefestigt und sollen noch intensiviert werden. Dies ist eines der Hauptziele des DAAD-Programms Ostpartnerschaften. Eine Partnerschaft mit der Tbilisi State Academy of Art formiert sich durch die Studienrichtung Konservierung und Restaurierung von Kulturgütern. Das Georgische Nationalmuseum gliedert sich als Kooperationspartner hier nahtlos mit ein. Die fachlich breit angelegte Zusammenarbeit in Lehre und Forschung ist durch das Projektprogramm „Kodikologie und präventive Konservierung von Handschriften“ gegeben. Durch den Austausch von georgischen und deutschen Studierenden, wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter*innen und Lehrenden ist die Basis für Formate forschenden Lernens und Lehrens vorhanden. Als Unterstützung soll es Kurse vom Zentrum für Lehrentwicklung der TH Köln geben, um aktuelle Lehrformate anzuwenden und umzusetzen.",
