    "description" : "Der Einsatz maschineller Lernverfahren ist bereits in vielen Branchen etabliert. Im Umfeld produzierender Betriebe sind bis heute jedoch wenn überhaupt nur vereinzelte Lösungsansätze zu finden, um Produktionsprozesse effizienter oder ressourcenschonender zu betreiben. Dies liegt u. a. darin begründet, dass sich die Aggregation geeigneter Trainingsdaten im Produktionsalltag als äußerst komplex erweist. In diesem Vorhaben wird eine kamerabasierte Lösung zur Qualitätsüberwachung beim Kunststoff-Spritzgießen entwickelt, welche hard- und softwareseitig auf die Anforderungen eines produzierenden Unternehmens zugeschnitten ist. Softwareseitig wird in diesem Projekt ein KI-Algorithmus entwickelt, der nach einer kurzen Phase des Lernens eine Vielzahl an Oberflächenfehlern erkennen und bestimmen kann. Zusammen mit einem Kameraportal und einer robotischen Handlingeinheit soll ein voll automatisiertes und autonomes System zur Qualitätsprüfung entwickelt werden.",
