    "description" : "Das Vorhaben befasst sich mit der Problematik tieffrequenter Lärmimmissionen bei Veranstaltungen. Das aktuell in Deutschland anzuwendende allgemeine Verfahren nach DIN 45680 wurde speziell für den Gewerbe- und Industrielärm konzipiert und ist für die Situation im Freizeitlärm aus verschiedenen Gründen unpassend. Dies führt zu äußerst schwerwiegenden Problemen in der Praxis. Das Ziel des Vorhabens ist die Entwicklung eines neuen, spezifischen und praktikablen Mess- und Beurteilungsverfahrens für den Freizeitlärm, das zum einen dem Gesundheitserhalt der Bevölkerung dienen und zum anderen eine dringend benötigte, verbindliche Grundlage für eine regelkonforme Durchführbarkeit von Veranstaltungen liefern soll. Das Verfahren soll der Normung zugeführt werden und damit im Idealfall zukünftig flächendeckend bei allen Veranstaltungen in Deutschland als Genehmigungs-, Mess- und Beurteilungsgrundlage eingesetzt werden.",
