    "description" : "In den letzten Jahren hat das Thema Ressourceneffizienz auch im Bauwesen zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen, da Boden und Gestein mehr als 50 Prozent der mineralischen Bauabfälle ausmachen. Tunnelprojekte spielen dabei eine besondere Rolle, da große Mengen zeitlich und örtlich punktuell anfallen. Aufgrund des hohen Mechanisierungsgrades und der damit verbundenen Vorteile in Bezug auf Bauleistung und Arbeitssicherheit wird fast die Hälfte der Tunnel mit Tunnelbohrmaschinen (TBM) gebaut. Zur Dokumentation und Steuerung des Bauprozesses werden diese mit diversen Sensorsystemen ausgestattet, die umfangreiche Datensätze liefern. In diesem Bereich haben moderne datengetriebene Verfahren jedoch noch keine breite Anwendung gefunden.<br>Übergeordnetes Ziel des Projekts REMATCH ist es daher, die Datensätze von TBMs mit Hilfe von Methoden der künstlichen Intelligenz zu nutzen, um die Verwertung bzw. das Recycling der großen Mengen an Tunnelausbruchmaterial zu verbessern. In diesem Zusammenhang soll ein innovatives Echtzeit-Messsystem zur Materialcharakterisierung entwickelt werden, das eine Entscheidungshilfe bei der Frage gibt, ob Boden für andere Zwecke „verwertbar“ oder „nicht verwertbar“ ist und dann auf einer Deponie beseitigt werden muss. Dieses System wird auf mehreren Ansätzen mit KI-Methoden beruhen: erstens auf Bilderkennung von Ausbruchmaterial, zweitens auf intelligenter Datenauswertung von TBM-Daten und drittens auf einer Wissensdatenbank.",
