    "description" : "Ziel des Vorhabens ist es, im Pilotmaßstab zu untersuchen, wie die Integration von Mikroalgen als ergänzendes Verfahren zur Beseitigung bioverfügbarer Nährstoffe bei der Aufbereitung von Abwässern aus der Abfallwirtschaft erfolgen kann. ERA³ Projektphase I hat gezeigt, dass standortangepasste photoautotrophe/heterotrophe Mischmikrobiozönosen in unverdünnten, nicht vorbehandelten Deponiesickerwässern wachsen können. Basierend auf den Ergebnissen von ERA³ Phase I und anderen aktuellen wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen erfolgen in Phase II vertiefende Untersuchungen auf verfahrenstechnischer, mikrobiologischer und genetischer Ebene. Die Kultivierung der Mikroalgen erfolgt in einem Biofilm, um eine gute Lichtverfügbarkeit in dem stark gefärbten und mit Trübstoffen belasteten Deponiesickerwasser zu ermöglichen. Die im Biofilm siedelnden Mikroorganismen ermöglichen eine Nährstoffabreicherung und damit eine Vorreinigung der Abwässer aus der Abfallwirtschaft, insbesondere von Deponiesickerwasser.",
