    "description" : "Auf Basis biogener Rohstoffe stehen Bausteine wie Zucker, Aminosäuren oder Lipide in großen Mengen zur Verfügung. Aus diesen Intermediaten sollen neue „High-Performance“-Produkte synthetisiert werden, um den Anteil nachwachsender Rohstoffe in der heimischen Spezialchemie zu erhöhen und die Wertschöpfung nachwachsender Rohstoffe zu verbessern. Ziel ist es, maßgeschneiderte amphiphile Moleküle mit einem breiten Anwendungspotential als Lösungsvermittler, Tenside oder Emulgatoren bereitzustellen. Als neues Konzept sollen Produkte bevorzugt aus drei Bausteinen, verknüpft über einen bifunktionalen biobasierten Linker, aufgebaut werden. Über kombinierte chemische und biokatalytische Synthesewege sind neue Moleküle in einer breiten Strukturvariation zugänglich, die analytisch und physikochemisch hinsichtlich ihres Anwendungspotentials charakterisiert und selektiert werden sollen.",
