    "description" : "Auf Virus-Like Particles (VLPs) basierte Vakzine sind hoch immunogen, erzeugen also eine starke neutralisierende Antikörper- und zelluläre Immunantwort - schon in geringen Dosen. Hierbei handelt es sich um nukleinsäurefreie Virus-abgeleitete Partikel, die auch mit den Hüllproteinen anderer Parentalviren pseudotypisiert – also dekoriert – werden können. Es werden daher in diesem Projekt eine VLP-Impfstoffplattform entwickelt und VLP-Prototypen für virale Antigene (Ag) generiert, welche auch die rasche Herstellung polyvalenter Vakzine erlauben. Außerdem sollen Techniken entwickelt werden, welche die Optimierung der Reinigung und Konzentrierung der VLPs ermöglichen. Somit wird ein Technologiepaket geschnürt, das die Grundlagen für die beschleunigte und kostensenkende Entwicklung und Produktion von vor allem viralen Impfstoffen für künftige Pandemien ermöglicht - aber auch zukünftige Vakzine gegen Krebs.",
