    "description" : "Während die Massenproduktion von Platinen hauptsächlich im asiatischen Raum stattfindet, spezialisieren sich die deutschen/europäischen Hersteller auf die Produktion einer großen Produktvielfalt in geringen Stückzahlen (High Mix–Low Volume). Speziell für Lohnfertiger bedeutet dies häufig, dass ein Produktwechsel bereits nach der Herstellung von 1–250 Baugruppen stattfindet. Um als Produzent eine solche Produktvielfalt effektiv realisieren zu können, müssen die Fertigungslinien eine große Anlagenflexibilität, niedrige Produktionskosten (niedriger Energieverbrauch, schnellere Fertigung, einen niedrigen Setup-Aufwand, eine hohe Qualität, etc.) bieten. Diese zu gewährleisten, stellt jedoch eine komplexe Herausforderung dar.<br><br>Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung einer innovativen kompakten Aushärtetechnik, eines modell- und signalbasierten Aushärteprofilrechners (Curing Profiler) und eines embedded modell- und signalbasierten Überwachungs- und Steuerungssystems des Aushärteprozesses.",
