    "description" : "Stadträume sind in Bewegung. Sie werden bewegt von Menschen, die diese Räume nutzen, sich diese aneignen, weiterentwickeln und mit Inhalten aufladen. Kulturelle und künstlerische Aktivitäten sind für die Entwicklung dieser Räume von besonderer Bedeutung. Doch um welche Räume geht es? Das Spektrum der Räume ist mindestens ebenso groß wie die Optionen der kulturellen Nutzung. Eine Übersicht über die Vielfalt an Räumen und Nutzungen in Köln liegt bislang nicht vor. Ebenso ist die Dynamik der Entwicklungen nicht bekannt. Es ist unklar, wo Chancen oder Bedarfe für eine Entwicklung von Räumen liegen oder wer welche Räume für kulturelle Aktivitäten sucht. Daher war es Ziel der Forschungskooperation mit dem Kulturraummanagement der Stadt Köln, das Spektrum der Nutzungen und Raumtypen zu ermitteln und anschaulich zu vermitteln. Die Ergebnisse des mehrstufigen Projektes dienen als methodischer Diskussionsbeitrag für eine perspektivisch anzulegende gesamtstädtische Untersuchung.",
