    "description" : "Zur Erhöhung der Reichweite und Reduktion von Emissionen (Reifenabrieb) ist Leichtbau für Elektrofahrzeuge wichtiger denn je. Als Metallersatz eignen sich mit Glasfasern hochgefüllte Kunststoffe. Aus Sicherheitsgründen müssen sie flammgeschützt sein. Zum Schutz von Gesundheit und Umwelt werden halogenfreie Flammschutzmittel eingesetzt. Sie sind bei hohen Temperaturen chemisch aggressiv. Dies führt zu starkem korrosiv-abrasiven Verschleiß bei der Verarbeitung mit erheblicher Reduktion der Standzeiten von Schnecken und Zylinder. Derzeit existieren auf dem Markt entweder korrosionsbeständige oder verschleißfeste Lösungen. Ziel des Projektes ist, unter Betrachtung des gesamten tribologischen Systems mittels korrelativen Ansatz und KI-gestützt korrosionsbeständige und gleichzeitig verschleißfeste sowie ermüdungsbeständige Legierung(en) für die Kunststoffverarbeitung zu entwickeln. Bestandteil des Vorhabens sind auch die Entwicklung eines Ermüdungstests für die Panzerschichten und die Entwicklung eines neuen Verschleißtests, der die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten in der Maschine abbildet sowie die Entwicklung von KI Tools für Eigenschaftsvorhersage und Werkstoffoptimierung. Es werden Gefügeanalyse bis in den Nanobereich und Oberflächentopographie mit den lokalen mechanischen und chemischen Eigenschaften korreliert, sowie Methoden der Polymeranalytik eingesetzt.",
