    "description" : "Das Ziel des Projektes VISE-D ist die qualitative sowie quantitative Analyse des Wertes von Daten und Algorithmen für die Energiewirtschaft ausgehend von der Verteilnetzebene. Dazu wird eine Open-Source-Simulationsplattform geschaffen, die es ermöglicht, den Strommarkt sowie das Stromnetz auf unterschiedlichen Netzebenen integriert zu simulieren. Das Ergebnis ist ein umfangreiches Modellierungswerkzeug zur Analyse von Netzinfrastrukturen und Unterstützung von Entscheidungen in Wirtschaft und Politik durch Simulation in risikoarmem Raum. Diese Simulationsplattform wird auf Basis von typischen Netztopologien und Anwendungsfällen mit Partnern aus der Energiewirtschaft entwickelt werden. Zum Abschluss des Projekts wird diese als Open Source frei zur Verfügung stehen.",
