    "description" : "Das Forschungsprojekt „erBe 2045“ beschäftigt sich am Beispiel des Wohngebäudebestands mit dem vermeintlichen Konflikt zwischen dem Erhalt von Baukultur und dem Klimaneutralitätsziel. Das Projekt verfolgt das Ziel, die Rahmenbedingungen dieses Konflikts zu identifizieren und einen gesellschaftlichen Diskurs in Gang zu setzen. Es sollen überdies Lösungsvorschläge in Form von Definitions- und Quantifizierungsmethoden als Grundlage künftiger Gesetzgebung entwickelt werden. Außerdem sollen Städte und Gemeinden in die Lage versetzt werden, den Bestand an erhaltenswerten Wohngebäuden zu ermitteln. So können Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, die das Erreichen der Klimaziele ohne den Verlust bedeutenden baukulturellen Erbes ermöglichen.",
