    "description" : "Im Rahmen des durch die RheinEnergie Stiftung geförderten Kooperationsprojekts soll die Effektivität von Online-Networking im Vergleich zu klassischem Networking erforscht werden. Ziel ist es, verschiedene Strategien beim Online-Networking sowie mögliche Einflussfaktoren wie Geschlecht, digitale Kompetenzen und Selbstwirksamkeit zu identifizieren. Forschungsvorgehen: Das Projekt dient der Beantwortung dreier zentraler Leitfragen, hierzu wurden zwei Hauptstudien mit jeweils einer Vorstudie durchgeführt.<br>1.) Nutzen / Benefits: Lohnt sich „Investition“ in Online-Networking? <br>2.) Strategien / Effektivität: Welche Strategien sind online auf professionellen Networking-Sites (PNS, z. B. LinkedIn) identifizierbar? <br>3.) Rolle / Einfluss: Wie wird dies durch personale Bedingungen beeinflusst? <br>Darüber hinaus werden Empfehlungen formuliert, wie Online-Networking erfolgreich genutzt werden kann. So sollen Individuen in der aktiven Gestaltung ihrer Karriere in einer digitalisierten Arbeitswelt evidenzbasiert unterstützt werden. Die bisherigen Ergebnisse wurden im Rahmen eines projektbegleitenden Podcasts – Well-Connected: Kompetent digital Netzwerken – sowie auf einem psychologischen Fachkongress vorgestellt.",
