    "description" : "Zwei wichtige Fragestellungen treiben aktuelle Entwicklungen von Lipiden und Tensiden an, die in der Forschungskooperation BioTense gemeinsam betrachtet werden sollen:<br>1) die Verbesserung der ökologischen Nachhaltigkeit der Produkte,<br>2) die Optimierung der funktionellen Parameter in innovativen Formulierungen.<br>Das Ziel des Kooperationsvorhabens ist es, diese beiden Fragestellungen anhand von biotechnologisch hergestellten Tensiden in beispielhaften Formulierungen zu adressieren. Biobasierte kationische Tenside, die sowohl in der kosmetischen als auch der pharmazeutischen Industrie von Interesse sind, wurden hierzu als geeignete neue Entwicklungskandidaten identifiziert. Neben ihren tensidischen besitzen sie auch antimikrobielle Eigenschaften und wechselwirken mit anionischen Biomolekülen wie DNA und RNA. Daher werden sie als Bestandteil hydrophober selbstorganisierender Lipidstrukturen eingesetzt, wie sie zurzeit beispielsweise als Carrier für m-RNA-Impfstoffe verwendet werden.",
