    "description" : "Mit 5G-Mobilfunknetzen und Open Radio Access Network (Open RAN) bieten sich Angreifern neue Angriffsflächen auf Mobilfunknetze. Derzeitige Bestrebungen zur Erhöhung der Cybersicherheit für Open RAN sind in den Bereichen der Prävention und Detektion angesiedelt. Eines der wenig erforschten Gebiete ist die Behandlung von und Reaktion auf IT-Sicherheitsvorfälle und die IT-Forensik moderner Netztechnologien (kurz Digital Forensics and Incident Response – DFIR). Es fehlt an Methoden und klaren Leitlinien zur Behandlung von Sicherheitsvorfällen im Umfeld von Open RAN. In 5G-FORAN wird eine Methode entwickelt, konzipiert und praktisch simuliert, wie IT-Sicherheitsvorfälle im Bereich von Open RAN IT-forensisch analysiert, behandelt und behoben werden können.
