    "description" : "Spezifisch auf den Bereich von Stranggussanlagen fokussiert, beabsichtigen die Firmen ASINCO, Vollmer mit Hilfe der TH Köln ein neuartiges Mess- und Assistenzsystem zur ressourcenoptimierten automatisierten Qualitätssteuerung des erhärtenden Stahls zu entwickeln. Dies ist eine relevante Grundlage zur Anpassung an die sich dadurch ändernden Produktionsabläufe in Form dynamischer Kokillenausrichtung und anschließender Segmentansteuerung im kontinuierlichen Stranggussprozess. Damit wird es möglich, ein prädiktives modellbasiertes Online-Monitoring der Produktqualität bei der Stranggussproduktion aufzubauen, was eine durchgängige Prozessbeobachtung und -einstellungsoptimierung ermöglicht. Dabei wird nicht nur der Ausschuss minimiert und der Durchsatz erhöht, sondern ebenfalls die durchschnittliche Produktqualität gesteigert und damit einhergehende Energie- und Ressourceneinsparung im energieintensiven Upstream-Bereich der Stahlproduktion umgesetzt.",
