    "description" : "Ziel dieses Projektes ist die erstmalige Entwicklung eines neuartigen Inspektionssystems (Strand Health Monitor) auf Basis von Multikameratechnologien und intelligenter Bildverarbeitung mittels künstlicher Intelligenz für Stranggießanlagen. Das Multikamerasystem setzt neue Maßstäbe in der Inspektion von Stranggießanlagen und bietet durch die hochkomplexe bildbasierte Objekterkennung eine Reihe von Vorteilen. Die 360-Grad-Ansicht und die automatische Kameraführung erzeugen ein realistisches Strangführungsmodell, das dem Anlagenbetreiber ein detailliertes Bild der Bauteile, Baugruppen und Betriebsmittel liefert. Die hochgenaue Digitalisierung der Strangführung bietet eine umfassende Datenbasis für eine sichere Zustandsbewertung, d. h. die Erkennung von Bauteildefekten/-beschädigungen, Rollenoberflächendefekten, Ausbrüchen, Verschmutzungen, was bisherige Messsysteme/Rollchecker aufgrund der punktuellen Messungen nicht leisten können.",
